The perils of procrastination

I have an exam on Tuesday. A Microsoft software architecture exam. I took the previous version of this in 2001, and didn’t have any problems, I have to take the updated one now to maintain a certification.

I booked it about 4 weeks ago, and have been putting off studying since then, thinking I’d do it closer to the exam. Now it’s a few days away, and I woke up this morning with a stinking head cold. Uh oh. There goes the study this weekend as planned.

Procrastination is a killer, folks.

  1. take some echinacea and there’s something called emergen-c (a huge blast of vitamin c in pill form). i don’t know whether or not you can get it in the u.k. though. and drink lots of water.

you’ll do fine on the test – you’re a computer god.

  2. I think we’ve got a similar ting called Lemsip – a vit-c powder drink thing.

I did a practice test earlier before I settled down to go through the study guide, and I got 64% – I need 70% I believe. I have rest of today and Sunday to go through the study guide and cram, and then I’ll do another practice test on Monday.

I thank you for your kind words and optimism 🙂
