What if the ex-new orleans folks got their tattoos on the one year anniversary?

No budget pour moi as well. We could all burn ourselves with a heated up kitchen utensil? Did I spell that right?

my roommate got hers a couple of weeks ago, a fleur de lis on her upper left back. She grew up in Gentilly. If I was to get a tattoo, I would get a fleur de lis. Does decorating my house with them count? Burning it into our flesh shounds like a good idea
I wish I could but the budget does not allow it at this time.
